I currently fill 3 positions at Tewatohnhi'saktha, covering 2 divisions.  My primary role is in the position of Business Services Officer (BSO) for the Small Business Services Division.  As a BSO, I assist clients in starting up or expanding their businesses by providing advice and technical assistance. 

I particularly enjoy my work as a BSO as it gives me a great sense of accomplishment.  I assist my clients in fulfilling their career aspirations, while providing needed products and services to the community, and thereby enhancing Kahnawake’s economy.

I am also the Leases Manager for the Kahnawake Business Complex and Kahnawake Office Complex.  The responsibilities of this position include negotiating and re-negotiating leases and ensuring adherence to the terms of the leases.  This position is both challenging and interesting.  The negotiation process can be lengthy and difficult at times.  However, it is extremely satisfying when an agreement is reached and the lease is signed.  As the Leases Manager, I have also had the privilege of meeting many wonderful people including the building tenants and their staff.
