Mr. Gosselin has 40 years of experience gained in government, banking, and management consulting, has performed evaluations directly on, or in support of, hundreds of organizations. Several of the mandates required that Mr. Gosselin lead his clients in the establishment and tracking/reporting of key performance measures, linking these to the organization’s critical success factors and then designing the strategies and detailed action plans to ensure proper implementation/monitoring of these measures. Other mandates required in-depth research both via the internet and through surveys (both internal and external). These surveys were designed and conducted by Mr. Gosselin, with the resulting analysis intended to provide both the information and framework for future decision-making.
His experience and education enable him to analyze an organization’s strengths and weaknesses and to determine the service and operational gaps. He has performed organizational diagnostics from A to Z including, among other areas, a review/verification of the MIS and internal and external communications and the processes/policies applied (or not applied) in the areas of finance, human resources, planning, governance, strategic planning, budgeting, and more.
He has designed and assisted with the implementation of an employee performance appraisal system and has done important feasibility studies.
In addition, as a business/executive coach, he has developed and uses a results-based proprietary coaching methodology that has helped several individuals improve their performance.
