With more than 25 years experience as a management consultant, trainer, and adult educator specialist, Karen Diaz has hands-on experience helping organizations develop a positive environment of organizational learning and development. She has worked with public, private, and non-profit organizations to help achieve sustainable change and improved performance.
From 1998 to present, Karen Diaz worked as a Consultant and Training Specialist for the Mohawk Community of Kahnawake, Quebec. Ms. Diaz provided a variety of training and management consulting services to various organizations under the umbrella of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake. Ms. Diaz, as lead consultant, just completed the development and implementation of a “Succession Planning Process” for the organisation. In addition, Karen Diaz was the lead consultant for the Kahnawake Economic Development Commission in the design and implementation of a Performance Management Program, which included training assessments, training of facilitators, participatory strategic planning, operational planning, project design, project monitoring and reporting.
