Mr. Kyle Delisle has experience in local government policy formulation, organizational structure analysis, organizational design, and reporting and accountability design.  Mr. Delisle also has skills in research, market studies, designing questionnaires and completion of surveys, the conducting of interview, and the analysis and interpretation of the results.

As an employee of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawą:ke (MCK), he has successfully completed major assignments such as development and implementation of the MCK’s Internal Audit Function; development and implementation of the MCK’s Planning and Development Unit; development of the proposed executive branch of governance structure for the MCK – Office of the Council of Chiefs; development of a new structure for Mohawk Internet Technologies board of directors and management committee; development of the implementation plan for the enforcement and administration of the Kahnawą:ke Membership Law; and development of the Kahnawą:ke Peacekeeper Services Board.

As a consultant with Tewatohnhi’saktha (Kahnawą:ke Economic Development Commission), he completed the Open For Business Feasibility Study, which included performing a market assessment, conducting surveys, researching federal, provincial, and Kahnawą:ke legislation and authorities, formulating political strategies, performing a risk analysis, and developing recommendations.  He was also involved as the lead consultant for the facilitation and development of the MCK’s Five-Year Strategic and Operational Plan and the evaluation of the delivery of the MCK – Housing Department’s programs and services for efficiency and effectively meeting the housing needs of the community.  Another area he was involved as a consultant is on the MCK Kahnawą:ke Treasury Research Project – Phase I, a project that was to determine whether there is a need to implement a treasury function within Kahnawą:ke and how this function should operate and be structured. He is currently performing a consulting assignment on the evaluation of the Cree Nation of Mistissini’s Economic Development Department’s programs, services, and structure to meet the community’s economic development needs and evaluated the community-owned Mistissini Lodge to provide recommendations to increase the operation’s profitability. In addition, Mr. Delisle is currently undertaking an operational assessment of the Kahnawą:ke Gaming Commission to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s operations and organizational structure. Finally, Mr. Delisle also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Mohawk Internet Technologies, an internet service provider company that is owned by Kahnawą:ke and managed by the Kahnawą:ke Economic Development Commission.
