Ms. Anderson is a Management Consultant with 25 years’ full-time experience in providing a range of consulting services to support Aboriginal self determination. She is an expert in helping organizations go from being reactive to proactive, from being misaligned to working together and from inconsistently to consistently achieving results.
Services include assessment/evaluation studies, updating performance appraisal systems, developing strategic plans and successfully implementing them; bringing about change planned changes and improving the effectiveness of organizations.
She has an M.A. in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Minnesota at Mankato, Minnesota. Ms. Anderson has a Gold Level Certificate in Strategic Management from the Haines Strategic Management Centre.
Ms. Anderson was a former partner with the Haines Centre for Strategic Management and a Principal and Senior Management Consultant with KPMG, specializing in Change Management. She was an Organizational Development Consultant with Domtar Inc. and a training specialist for the Royal Bank of Canada. She provided leadership and change consulting services to public and private organizations over a ten-year period in the United States prior to relocating to Canada.
